I’m Dave Roxby, a Washington real estate broker with RainTown Realty, based in Lake Stevens. I help buyers in the Greater Seattle Area compare homes, understand the terms of an offer, and make informed decisions at their own pace.
Before becoming a broker, I spent years managing national retail accounts for high-profile manufacturers, negotiating agreements, and keeping complex transactions on track. I now bring that same attention to detail to real estate. Whether you’re buying your first home or looking for a better fit, I’ll walk you through the trade-offs and make sure you know what to expect at each step with zero pressure - just honesty and professional expert advice.

We can start with what you’re looking for and what you’re still figuring out. When we look at homes, I’ll help you compare the things that matter to you, like the layout, the condition, and what the commute would actually be like.
If you find a place you like, we’ll go through the offer together, including the price, contingencies, and deadlines. Ask me whatever’s on your mind. I’ll give you a straight answer and we’ll go at your pace.

If you’re buying: I can help coordinate an inspection, connect you with mortgage professionals so you can compare options, and work with the title and escrow team on questions that come up before closing. If a house needs a closer look, I can point you toward a roofer, plumber, septic specialist, structural engineer, appraiser, or real estate attorney.
If you’re selling: We can talk through what’s worth doing before you list, from a pre-inspection or preliminary title review to cleaning, repairs, and staging. We’ll also talk through what makes sense for marketing your home, including professional photos, video, 3D tours, and whether Zillow Showcase is available for your listing.
If you need a hand getting ready or moving: Ask me about carpet and house cleaning, flooring, fencing, gutters, landscaping, painting, junk removal, estate sales, movers, home warranties, and utility setup. I can help you figure out who to call. You choose who you work with.
