Meet Dave

I’m Dave Roxby, a real estate broker with RainTown Realty based in Lake Stevens. I help people buy and sell homes around Greater Seattle. If we’re looking at a house together, I’ll tell you what I see, talk through the trade-offs with you, and give you room to make up your own mind.

A little about me

I grew up in Southern California, earned my Eagle Scout rank when I was young, and went to UC Davis, where I got my B.S. in Environmental Biology. One thing that surprises people is that I’ve traveled through all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico too.

I met my wife, Devan, in Omaha, Nebraska. We’ve been married 25 years and have three kids, two daughters and a son. We also have two golden retrievers. They’re sisters, they’re loving, and they’re completely untrustworthy around food.

Supporting LGBTQ rights matters to our family. We want each other to be able to live openly and be ourselves. 🏳️‍🌈

I’m not terribly good at any one sport, but I love to play them all. If there’s a game going, I’m usually happy to jump in.
